I had the opportunity to join a team of students at Purdue University shooting a short film for a film festival. I filled in as the composer! It was a rewarding experience as the time frame we had to work was short and we all came together to make it happen. I composed the music in Logic Pro using midi and industry standard plugins such as Spitfire, Kontakt, Izotope, Waves, and more. This project pushed me to write music that helped enhance a story and immerse the audience into another world. Understanding how to break down a script, pacing, beats, character development, themes, motifs, and more helped me compose the best music I possibly could.
