Live Sound

At Purdue University, Elliot Hall, and my internship at Rec Room Recording, I’ve had the opportunity to work on numerous live concerts and events, taking on a variety of roles such as setup, strike, A2, A3, and Front of House (FOH). My responsibilities have ranged from mixing live shows and miking instruments to assisting musicians with their setup, monitor mixes, handling wireless microphones, and cueing audio for performances. Working in the fast-paced world of live sound, I’ve developed strong problem-solving skills, learning how to think quickly and adapt to the ever-changing demands of each event.
